Ricardo holds a degree in Information and Management Control Engineering from the University of Chile and a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from the University of Barcelona. His academic background is complemented by specializations in digital transformation, agile methodologies, and management models focused on technology adoption.

He has more than 20 years of experience in innovation, technology, and digital transformation consulting. He has led strategic projects across multiple industries, integrating management, technology, and innovation capabilities to accelerate organizational change processes.

Ricardo serves as a faculty member in undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs at institutions such as the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University of Chile, and has also held academic appointments at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, with a focus on management, innovation, and digital transformation.

He is recognized for his expertise in agile methodologies, automation, artificial intelligence applied to business processes, and digital transformation. He has contributed to cybersecurity initiatives from a governance and compliance perspective, collaborating with technical teams on risk assessments and the design of organizational strategies.
